Community Meeting Saturday

It’s going to be tough for a while. With a Mump/Trusk Trifecta in DC, there are a lot of things that Democrats aren’t able to stop. And sometimes it seems like they aren’t fighting hard enough to do what they can. All we can do is to keep doing the work, and know that we are working towards a better future. Whether it’s talking to your neighbors, lobbying your electeds, or caring for the vulnerable in Project 2025’s cross-hairs — Keep showing up!
Here are some ways to show up in the coming days…
- Thursday, February 6th at noon – “What’s the Plan?” with Leah and Ezra
- The popular Thursday lunchtime chats with updates on the latest events and down-to-earth talk about how to make a difference with Indivisible co-directors Ezra Levin and Leah Greenberg has been rebranded as “What’s the Plan?” Register at this link
- And the series is continuing on February 13th as well. Register for that one here.
- Thursday, February 6th – Welcoming Immigrants to Washington State Informational Presentation
- The League of Women Voters of Washington has undertaken a deep study of immigration in Washington in advance of creating official policy recommendations. They are presenting the information gathered at two upcoming zoom calls. The same content will be presented at 10:00 – 11:00 am and at 6:30 – 7:30 pm. You can learn more and register for either session at this link.
- Saturday, February 8th 10:00 am – Indivisible CD-8 Community Meeting
- Our next in-person monthly meeting will be held at the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery on Saturday, February 8th, at 10:00 am. We hope to see you there!

- Monday, February 10th 7:00 pm – Blueprint for Blue States with Washington Indivisible Network — And Leah OR Ezra
- Washington Indivisible Network is very excited to announce that Leah Greenberg or Ezra Levin (we’ll know which one closer to that night) will be joining us for a special conversation at our February 10th WIN meeting @7pm PT. (Busy that night? The meeting will be recorded and sent out for those registered who may not be able to attend.)
- This will be a moderated conversation focused on what the Blueprint for Blue States Strategy means for our work in Washington state. Since we will have limited time with our guest, we ask that you send us your questions in advance via the registration form.
- Wednesday, February 12th – Truth Brigade 2025 Launch Call
- Truth Brigade is a lie-stopping, mind-opening educational program to improve the quality of our national discourse. Learn more about it here.
- Truth Brigade 5.0, launching Feb.12 at 3:30 PT, will focus on meeting the present moment with a future mindset. Learn communication skills for the most impact now, and move the people we touch toward a more information-savvy society. Register here.
- Saturday, February 15th 11am – 1pm – New Member Brunch #2
- For new members who were unable to attend our first new member brunch, we are excited to announce a second chance to get to know each other and our group better. This brunch is intended for those who are new to the group and have not attended the first get-together. It will be held at a home in Sammamish. Address provided to those who register here.
- Edited to add: We’re sorry, but this event is near capacity. We are planning a third one for early March. Stay tuned!
