There’s Something for Everyone
With 37 days until Election Day, it’s heartening to see polls shifting our way and news stories reporting that Republicans are getting more and more worried. Even so, we cannot take anything for granted.
We know that the higher the voter turnout, the more secure the election results will be, and the stronger Democrats will be in January to start turning the ship around.
If we want to take back the House and the Senate, we must each do our part to make it happen!
That’s why we each need to find the thing that we are going to do – and there is something for everyone!
Let’s Help Flip LD12!
Snoqualmie Valley Indivisible, our sister group, has partnered with the Stop Hate campaign, WA Dems, and LD12 Dems to drive a month-long “get out the vote” flyering campaign in Snoqualmie and North Bend.
Flyers will target strong Dems for candidates’ name recognition and Dems who do not regularly turn out to vote to increase turnout. The goal is to hit 4,000 doors, and they’ve already reached 500!
This is an easy ask – you’ll just be dropping off flyers – no need to talk to anyone or even ring a doorbell! And you can do this anytime that fits your schedule between now and October 18th.
Grab a friend and use the Google Form below to volunteer. A list of 40-50 doors will take you about 1-2 hours to deliver. After you sign up, someone will reach out to coordinate the pickup of all the materials you’ll need.
A great way to spend time with a friend AND get those North Bend and Snoqualmie voters to the ballot box!
Help Make the Next No Kings a Success!
There is something for everyone when it comes to helping make our No Kings Vote Early Kick Off event a success.
Before the event, we need folks to print flyers and hand them out, make signs and costumes, and show up at sign-wavings to spread the word.
On the day of the event, you could join the safety team, help with set-up or tear-down, direct marchers to sign-wave after the rally, or help hand out informational materials.
And remember, we won’t be done just because our No Kings event has happened. We need to keep the drumbeat of Early Voting going through the three weeks leading up to November 3rd to encourage as many people as possible to return their ballots. We’ll need your help to do that, too!

It’s promising to see polls shifting our way, but we know we can’t take anything for granted, with that in mind, here are a couple of resources to find campaigns across the country where a few more phone calls or a little more money can really make a difference.
